We are proud members of the National Costumer's Association (NCA), as well as the Qualatex Balloon Network (QBN) & Cache Chamber of Commerce.  Our make-up artists have been trained by the western region representatives of Graftobian Theatrical Make-Up, and we employ the only full-time CBA (Certified Balloon Artist) in Cache Valley, being one of the select few in the entire State of Utah.

Our Goal

Wow the Customer. We want to "Wow" our customers so they will come back year after year, and spread the word to their friends & associates.  We want to become the preferred solution for all their costume, balloon and event decor needs.
 
Our Story

Quality Creations since 1988. Dallas wanted another character to go out with him on his December jobs (Santa). We looked at different costume shops and saw how expensive a mascot was. As we talked and looked around he got excited about how fun a costume shop seemed to be.

Shelly is a professional seamstress by trade. The idea was born that she could sew a bunch of costumes, get a license and go into business. Seems simple? Well, this is basically what they did. But boy, have we learned over the years what we should have done differently back then. We opened our little shop on Labor Day weekend in 1988 with 50 costumes (most of which she made).

Some costumes like our Santa and Rudolph--yes, Dallas got Rudolph--were ordered in. By 1996 we had grown to almost 450 costumes and were crammed so bad they had a decision to make, either sell or move.

About that same time we ran across a house on the market that had a separate building that had been built for a home business. Somehow we got the house and again, on Labor Day weekend, this time in 1996 we opened in our current location. We thought it was great, they had so much room! We even had dressing rooms, and thought it would last forever.

Shortly after we moved they incorporated balloons into the business. Our idea was for the balloons to help when costume rentals were slow. The balloons grew, and even though we still do “Bokays” our main emphasis is balloon décor. We decorate for corporate events, grand openings, weddings, dances, proms, etc.

In the last 5 years we've expanded their balloon weddings to include more traditional décor. With this we offer free one on one consultations, that brides seem to appreciate when they come in to meet with us.
