Located just south of the Utah/Idaho border, nestled in beautiful Cache Valley, in the town of North Logan is where you’ll find "A Fantasyland Design". A home run business for over two decades, Dallas & Shelly Gallup and family have evolved this business from a shop that started by renting 50 costumes to a costume, balloon, and event décor shop, with hundreds of rental costumes, hats, wigs, accessories, and a complete line of theatrical makeup. We also offer special effects makeup classes. Another branch to the business is that they are also a balloon décor and bokay (yes that's how we spell it) shop. The owner Shelly has her CBA (certified balloon artist) which is the highest designation she can have in the balloon industry. The next branch to the business is we also do event décor and wedding décor. We do décor for dances, proms, corporate events, Quinceanero's , holiday's, sports events & awards banquets, graduations, etc, let us help you plan and design any event you may have coming up.

Recently Shelly has also started a sewing studio. She teaches anyone 10 and older how to sew. The sewing machines, cutting area, and pressing areas are provided. That means you don’t have to drag your heavy machine with you each week. She teaches kids classes, adult classes, she’s thinking of offering a mom and me class, and also a basics 101 which will help kids leaving home be prepared by being able to mend, and sewing basics.

Over the years we have been and are proud members of the Cache Chamber of Commerce, National Costumer Association, Qualatex Balloon Network, and North Logan Home Business Association. We also like to be involved and help in the community with such organizations as Juvenal Diabetes, Relay for Life, Chili Cook off, Top of Utah Marathon, USU Athletics.

We thank our clients for all the years and the many friendships formed by allowing us into your special events. With the death of her husband Dallas in 2008, Shelly and family have vowed to carry on the personal and professional service that "A Fantasyland Design" has been known for fore over two decades.
